The Tranont compensation plan is designed with simplicity in mind, rewarding you through customer commissions that put money in your pocket right away, exciting bonuses that celebrate your milestones and momentum, and consistent monthly base pay that builds predictable income over time. Whether you're looking for quick wins to cover today's expenses or building toward long-term financial stability, these three income streams work together to reward both your immediate efforts and your growing expertise.

Customer Commissions

Earn up to $10 on every product sold. Customer commissions on a weekly basis on all orders and continue for life of the customer.

Bonuses

Earn performance-based bonuses that reward your team building efforts. From Launch Bonuses to Builder Bonuses, these incentives include opportunities to earn even more compensation.

Monthly Base Pay

Build recurring income through our rank advancement structure that rewards your consistent growth. As you advance through ranks, your monthly base pay increases, creating stability and predictable income for your business.

Customer Commissions

Earn $7 or $10 Retail Bonus Per Referral

Depending on the product referred, you will earn either a $7 or $10 bonus. These commissions are paid on all orders, including new and recurring orders for the life of the customer. You will also earn customer volume for each product referred which helps towards rank advancement.

*Must maintain 100pv in order to earn customer retail bonuses. This PV is earned through a combination of personal purchases or customer orders.

Customer Impact Bonus

If you are focused on building a strong customer base, you can earn up to an additional 40% on your customer volume. In the chart above, each month, when you hit the following thresholds, you'll earn a percentage of your total customer volume.

*Bonus is paid on a percentage of your total customer volume for the month. For example, if you reach 1,000 CV at Level 1, you'll earn $100 (10% of !,000).

Launch Bonus

Earn up to $200 when you personally enroll a new Associate who purchases a qualifying product package. The bonus amount varies based on the package value – the larger the package, the larger your bonus. These bonuses are paid weekly, providing immediate rewards for your enrollment efforts.

*New Builder and Starter Associate must maintain 100 PV+ or 200 PV+ in month two. New Elite Associate must maintain PV in month two: 500+ PV pays a $100 bonus, 200-499 PV pays a $50 bonus, and 100-199 PV pays a $25 bonus.

Run To Jade Bonus

Available First 30 Days

Achieve the rank of Jade within your first 30 days as a new Associate and earn a $500 bonus. This fast-start incentive rewards your early momentum and helps you build a strong foundation for your business.

*This bonus is open to new associates to earn within their first 30 days in business. The bonus is paid in the weekly compensation once earned.

Run To Jade + Bonus

Take your momentum even further with the Run to Jade+ bonus, which rewards you for helping your team duplicate success by hitting Jade in their first 30 days. First, you must hit the Run To Jade bonus, then help your two sponsored associates reach Jade within their first 30 days and you will earn an additional $1,000 bonus.

*This bonus is paid as a part of the weekly pay cycle, with payments issued on the Friday following the week the qualifications are met.

Accelerator Bonus

Earn a $500 monthly bonus by personally sponsoring 7 new customers and/or associates in a calendar month with their combined orders totaling at least 1200 GV. This bonus rewards your consistent efforts and can be earned month after month, creating a great addition to your income for consistency.

*You must have a valid order of 25 PPV to qualify. New customers must have unique mailing addresses and no previous history with Tranont. This bonus can be earned repeatedly as long as qualifications are met each month.

Builder Bonuses

Here's your chance to earn up to $37,500 in bonuses during your first 9 months! Open to new associates enrolling October 1-December 31, 2025, this generous bonus structure rewards your business growth at key milestones – from $500 at 30 days all the way up to $37,500 at 270 days. The best part? These bonuses are stackable, so even if you miss one tier, you can still earn the others within your timeframe. Simply maintain 200 PV each calendar month and watch your efforts translate into substantial bonus checks as your team grows.

*Sapphire and Emerald must be held for two consecutive months to qualify for bonus. Reach out to the person who invited you here to get the full terms and conditions of this bonus program.

Monthly Base Pay

Hit Your Rank & Know Exactly What You Make

Create predictable, stable income that grows with your success. As you advance through Tranont's ranks, your monthly base pay increases from $250 at Jade all the way up to $300,000 at Presidential Blue Diamond. This isn't a one-time bonus; it's consistent monthly income you can count on as long as you maintain your rank. Plus, starting at Jade, you qualify for an additional $350 monthly Jeep Bonus. Think of it as your business's salary, reliable income that lets you plan your future with confidence while your customer commissions and bonuses provide additional earning potential on top.

*Monthly base pay is paid on the 10th of the following month. The Jeep Bonus requires an approved vehicle application and Tranont decals.
